Nate was very professional and honest with us regarding our plumbing issues and what it would cost us to fix it. He offers a reasonable and fair rate for the great work that he does. Our water heater needed a special part and he was persistent enough with the vendor and was able to get the part that night and stayed until the problem was fixed. Alarms were present on existing system. As is usual , I was a bit unsure of who to contact. I made the call to Thornton. Dave and Nate arrived right when they said they would made the assessment ,provided the quote and told me what would happen next. Trevor and Blake arrived, also when they said they would, got to work and got the job done. Only thing that varied from the plan was they got done a little early ! Thanks to the team for the effort and the prompt and professional service. Now, I know who to call. -Bill
We came home to an old galvanized that had sprung a leak, I contacted Thornton and scheduled an appointment for 9am the next morning. Trevor and Dustin showed up at 8:30. The repair was in a very difficult location to get to, Dustin looked over what was needed and had the repair completed in a short period of time. Both Trevor and Dustin were very professional and skilled in their work and any answered questions that I had, I would highly recommend Thornton when you need a plumber. -Terry

Thornton Plumbing took on a plumbing job at an old house I had been renovating for over 12 years. The previous contractor had not put the plumbing in correctly so it was a tear out and replace situation. I had pipes going every direction and it was not vented properly. Thornton came in a now it not only looks GREAT but is works perfectly. They not only connected up my new kitchen and Bath water, they also ran the gas lines for the Kitchen range, and even did the roofing work that had to be done because of the new vents they installed. They installed a tankless water heater that I purchased 2 years ago and it had never worked. Now it works and has a water softener attached. Just perfect.They attached a main block system where all the water lines feed into it. Every line is labeled so, if i need to turn anything off it is very clearly marked and easily done. Just turn the switch. I can not say enough good things about this crew. They are all very knowledgeable, did a fine job and I could’t be happier. -Pat Lane

Thorton Plumbing was my life saver. I had an issue where I could not get hot water in my kitchen – I would have to turn on the hot water in the bathroom to get the tank-less water heater to start. I called in 3 different plumbing companies over the last couple of years and could not get the issue resolved. Finally it is fixed! Nate and Jeff got the job done. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They left the job spotless. In addition they walked me through other options to consider concerning my tank-less water heater.
